SDVOSBC Renewal Service

Every three years SDVOSB- certified companies must go through the renewal process to continue to receive program benefits. LIBERTY8a’s program analysts can provide the roadmap to success through this process by developing and reviewing your application and supporting documentation and posting it to VetBiz on your behalf.

Steps for renewing your certification includes:

  • Signing a new VA Form 0877
  • Updating company owner info
  • Required licenses for conducting business
  • Federal tax form 1040 (for all owners with greater than 33% ownership share)
  • Payroll distribution ledger summary and W-2’s (Wage and Tax Statement) for preceding year and year-to-date
  • Signature cards (authenticated by financial institutions) 
  • Canceled checks from business account(s), 
  • Copies of last five contracts (and proposals), management agreements (to include building lease agreements), certificate of formation, and operating agreements (including any amendments)
