Lindsay Thompson

Lindsay Thompson is the owner of LIBERTY8a and is a small business consultant for minority, woman and veteran owned small businesses. Since 2008 she has been assisting clients with federal and state certifications. After 4 years with a consulting firm Lindsay opened her own business LT Consulting Experts, LLC, now LIBERTY8a, in 2013. Over the years she has helped hundreds of businesses by providing clients with strategies to bring their personal and business circumstances with the governing regulations to ultimately get them certified.

Prior to becoming a small business consultant, Lindsay was a mortgage broker and loan processor in the Tampa Bay area and worked as a marketing sales coordinator for a national chain restaurant. Lindsay has a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from the University of South Florida where she was a member of the volleyball team. Lindsay resides in Wesley Chapel with her husband Shawn and their 2 children.

Kristin Odell

Kristin Odell is the Director of Marketing and Sales at Liberty8a. She graduated from the University of Houston with a Bachelors of Business Administration Degree in Marketing and was a member of the Houston Cougar volleyball team. Prior to joining the Liberty8a team, Kristin worked in Education. With a passion for teaching and a natural gift for communication, she has channeled her skills and enthusiasm into the world of sales. Now ready to put that Marketing degree to use she is transitioning her passion for helping others into helping clients find the right solutions for their needs. She resides with her husband Glenn and 3 children in Tomball, Texas. In her free time, she enjoys supporting her kids in their athletic endeavors.
