All-Inclusive – No Additional Fees for 2-Year Waiver, Affiliated Entity or Reconsideration
This is an all-inclusive package and it’s perfectly designed for small businesses that want to simplify the process of developing their 8(a) application. This program is utilized by companies in a variety of industries and makes the process more efficient.
Through our process, our business analysts work directly with the business owner(s) to conduct a thorough assessment of the business. It’s at this early stages that we can help you determine if the 8(a) program is a match for your company. Not every application is a match for this program, however, if your company is not recommended, our company will guide you through the steps to strengthen your application.
Application development typically takes 30-45 days. For LIBERTY8a clients, the SBA’s application evaluation period may take as little as 90-120 days. From start to finish, expect to take about six months to receive your certification.
While we provide guidance throughout the entire application process, there are several key areas that we address that can make a difference in the application process. This includes:
- Audit of all business and personal tax returns
- Audit of business financial statements
- Developing a thorough application packet to submit through SBA’s Certify system
- In the case of non-disadvantaged individuals we develop the social disadvantaged narrative. This involves interviews and multiple rounds of edits
