Upon receipt of this notice, the company has 60 days to either recertify or withdraw from the program. Failure to complete recertification within the 60 day period will result in decertification, and compromise any current HUBZone contracts. It is important that HUBZone certified firms complete this recertification within the allotted time period to continue any HUBZone contracts in place and to sign any future contracts.
Our audit process is thorough. We review a number of critical documents to determine continued eligibility for the program.
We will also ensure that your documents are uploaded to the SBA’s GLS system and that hard copies are sent via USPS. Please note, the SBA takes about 30 days to review documents and determine recertification.
